How many questions are there?
Enough to cover every HIPAA Security, Privacy and Breach Notification requirement that applies to you. Questions that don't apply to your practice are set aside, with the reason recorded, and you always see how many are left.
Do we have to finish in one sitting?
No. Every answer saves as you go. Take a break whenever you like and pick up where you left off.
Do we need to upload documents?
No, but it helps. If you upload your existing policies, ComplianceAX can suggest answers, each one quoting your own document. You accept or change every suggestion.
What happens when we answer No?
